2021 HUNTER SIGHT-IN DAYS WERE A GREAT SUCCESS

We want to thank all of our volunteers that helped out at our annual Hunter Sight-In Days this year! These were held the three Sundays before the opening Nebraska Firearm Deer Season on Sundays, October 24th, 31st and November 7th. These great volunteers took out time out of their weekends to volunteer with our annual sight-in days. We had excellent volunteers and we cannot thank them enough! Thank you to all those that helped days before to get items lined up all the way through those who stayed after the day's event and helped to take down the tent, backer boards, put the Range 2 shed back to normal, and so many other things in between. A big thank you to Dave Miller and Wes Sheets for providing the great meals the first two Sundays. Thank you to Neil Lunzmann for all the behind the scenes work he has done this past month, to our range RSOs, gate volunteers, sight-in helpers, gun and ammo inspectors, and front desk helper. What a great group we had this year!

We were able to help 221 total shooters get their rifles zeroed in this year (up a little from 2020). Our volunteers were all an enjoyable bunch, and most folks enjoyed the time shared together working for a common goal of helping fellow hunters. We received many compliments and words of gratitude for hosting this and how well it was run.

Again, thank you to all that volunteered for giving of yourselves during this year's sight in days. We couldn't have done it without you, and we hope many of you will volunteer again in 2022!
